Managing Consultant · Operations & Performance

Carry the firm's Operations expertise: revenue protection, operational excellence and performance management, with a particular focus on energy and water utilities.

The context

GDC helps operators and institutions objectively assess their performance gaps, protect their revenue and strengthen service quality. You carry this expertise, with a primary field of action: energy and water utilities.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead performance diagnostics: flow assessments, the produced–billed–collected chain.
  • Design and set up revenue-protection arrangements and performance units.
  • Structure performance management: indicators, reviews, improvement routines.
  • Supervise consultants on assignment.
  • Organise the handover of these arrangements to client teams.

Your profile

  • Eight years or more in operational performance, operations management or operations consulting.
  • Knowledge of essential-service operators (energy, water, telecoms) is an advantage.
  • A taste for the field and for data.
  • Fluent French.
