The Sovereign Transformation Barometer
An annual index measuring organisations' ability to lead their transformations without losing control of their decisions, operations, technology and skills.
The method: five dimensions, one index
The Barometer assesses five dimensions: decision-making, financial, operational, technological and human. The methodology combines a questionnaire, interviews and documentary analysis, to produce an individual profile and an anonymised sector comparison.
Participating organisations will receive their control profile, their main points of dependency, and priorities for action.
